Email Readings/Consultations
Email readings are non refundable. Questions can not be changed once an email reading form has been submitted. Email readings containing more questions other than the amount purchased, and excessive information will be rejected.
Products Use
The information provided for your reference originates from the historical and/or traditional uses of these products. Neither the information provided, nor the products sold, should be used as a substitute for competent medical care. Spells may or may not work depending on what choices you make. You have free will to do anything you wish and that can make the spell not work or work.
Please note that spells cannot be refunded because of the amount of time and materials used in performing them and their high success rate. Spell casting is an art, not a science. This makes it somewhat unpredictable. We do not refund for any spell casting nor do we exchange items or spells. All sales are final.
However, if an item is lost in the post then we will replace.

Shipping
If you are missing merchandise from your order, have not received your order in a reasonable period of time or have received a product you didn’t order, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the problem and report back to you right away. You must contact us within 24 hours to let us know of an order that doesn’t have all items purchased otherwise you will forfeit any replacements.
